About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Administrator / Office Assistant to join our team. This is a practical office-based role involving a range of day-to-day administrative tasks. You don’t need to have done exactly the same job before — we’re interested in finding someone who is willing to learn, takes pride in their work and is comfortable working as part of a team.
What you’ll be doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- General office administration and keeping both electronic and paper documents organised.
- Photocopying, scanning and saving documents into our in-house system.
- Inputting and updating information accurately.
- Handling information carefully and maintaining confidentiality.
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Carrying out other reasonable office duties as required.
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is organised and has good attention to detail.
- Is comfortable using a computer and is willing to learn new systems.
- Can follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
- Has a friendly and helpful approach.
- Can work independently while also being part of a team.
- Is reliable and willing to learn.
- Has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Has a positive, flexible and professional attitude.
