Trainee IT Service Desk Specialist – Hybrid (Azure & M365)

TSG is seeking a motivated early-to-mid career IT professional for a long-term customer facing role within our Managed Services. You will learn to support and deliver technical solutions into client environments, with focus on Microsoft Azure, Networking, Server infrastructure, Backup technologies and Microsoft 365, among others.

The role starts as a 12-month fixed term with potential to go permanent upon meeting milestones, and offers flexible/hybrid working arrangements across the UK.
