Bilingual IT Service Desk Agent – Europe Support

Safetykleen is hiring a Group IT Service Desk Agent to support employees across Europe from Brentford. The role requires fluency in Spanish, German or Italian and strong English, with three days in the office per week.

You will handle login issues, software/hardware requests, and use remote tools to assist users, while building knowledge bases and delivering broad IT support across Microsoft technologies.
