Student Support & Success Coordinator

The University of Surrey seeks a proactive Student Support Coordinator to deliver high-quality, customer-focused information services via the MySurrey Hive. You will act as a single point of contact while coordinating with multiple support services to resolve complex student queries.

You will work with students identified via Learning Analytics or referrals, ensuring they feel part of the Surrey community and empowered to achieve their potential.
