Retail Team Lead — Sportsbook & Customer Service

BoyleSports Exeter is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the shop team in the Shop Manager’s absence and ensure the store runs smoothly. You will open/close the shop, manage cash, and uphold high service standards while assisting customers with bets across multiple channels.

The role focuses on strong leadership, excellent communication, and a customer-first approach within a sporting/betting environment. Training and progression opportunities are provided.
