Facilities & Customer Service Duty Officer – After Hours

Braintree District Council is seeking a full-time Customer Services Duty Officer to oversee the day-to-day operation of our buildings at the Head office in Causeway House, Braintree and The Plaza in Great Notley. You will be the first point of contact after hours and lead on resolving building issues to ensure a first-class customer experience.

The role covers alarms, CCTV, security, meeting room prep, and facilities coordination. Shifts span early to late and may include weekends.
