Catering Lead & Menu Development Chef

Hull City Council seeks a Cook to lead and develop the Council’s Catering Department, with strong craft skills, menu creation and nutritional data in line with Caroline Walker Trust standards for adults.

You will train staff, drive improvements, and manage day-to-day catering operations, including ordering, cash handling, and compliance with HACCP and health and safety regulations. This is a full-time, permanent role offering career development and a supportive team.
