London Fitness & Wellbeing Lead

Sodexo is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead the fitness operation at our London facility, ensuring a high‑quality, engaging and safe member experience. You will support the management of the fitness team and freelance instructors, maintain operational standards and help develop new fitness initiatives.

You will motivate others, take ownership and deliver a diverse programme of fitness, group exercise and wellbeing activities, while maintaining safety and excellent customer service.
