Customer Service Advisor — Twilight Shift & Growth

Screwfix is hiring for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Twilight Team, providing top-tier service across calls, emails and WhatsApp for Screwfix, business and trade customers. You will report to a Customer Service Manager and play a key role in delivering a world-class customer experience from 12:00 to 20:15, with training 09:00–17:00.
