Service Desk Technician – 24/7 NHS IT Support

Sherwood Forest Hospitals is seeking a proactive Service Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. You will perform remote troubleshooting and aim to resolve issues at the first point of contact, while supporting NHIS organisations 24/7 via an on-call rota.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong IT skills, and the ability to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction across a large user base within our NHS Trust.
