Learning Support Assistant – Empower SEND Students

Plumpton College is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to provide holistic support for students with SpLD, addressing personal, social and learning needs. The role combines 2 days per week on a permanent contract with 3 days per week on a fixed-term contract until 21/06/2027.

You will help students access welfare services and support their progression, working as part of our Inclusive Learning and Development team. The college offers a competitive salary and extensive staff benefits.
