Retail Customer Service Manager – Weekend Shifts

Entain operates Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will lead a shop team, deliver top service, drive standards daily, and build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

This role requires weekend availability with a 5pm–10pm Friday shift and 8am–10pm Saturday and Sunday, plus 2 days from 3. You will open or close the shop, handle cash, explain terminals, and work toward targets while maintaining high standards.
