Evening/Weekend Customer Service Agent — Govt Contracts

Mears Group is seeking a Customer Service OOH Agent in Manchester (Ardwick). The role supports Local and Central Government contracts, handling housing, repairs, ASB and transport enquiries.

You will respond by phone and email, ensure accurate information capture, and resolve issues within SLA/KPI targets while upholding GDPR standards. The position is full-time, 1-year fixed-term, 37.5 hours weekly, with a 2-week rotating shift pattern including evenings and some weekend work.
