Customer Experience Specialist – Retail

John Lewis is hiring a Customer Assistant for our Norwich shop. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep displays and stock available, and contribute to a welcoming in-store experience.

You will work 37.5 hours across seven days, including early starts and weekends, with flexible working arrangements. Basic IT literacy and good communication are essential, and training is provided.
