Engineering Service Planner: Scheduling & Customer Liaison

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Customer Service Planner in Lincolnshire to coordinate service engineers, installations and customer requirements from our office. You’ll work with the Service Team Leader and Operations to keep daily and forward planning running smoothly, allocate engineers to sites and respond to scheduling issues with a hands-on coordination approach.
