ARLA-Qualified Property Portfolio Manager

Jhetam Developments in the United Kingdom is seeking a Property Manager to join a fast-growing team in Loughton. This full-time, office-based role manages tenancy lifecycles, maintenance, compliance and client relationships for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

The successful candidate will hold an ARLA qualification (or equivalent) and have strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, plus excellent communication. Evening/weekend viewings may be required.
