Customer Service & Events Host — Flexible, Fun Center Role

Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in the United Kingdom. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events, and serve food and drinks in a fun, fast-paced environment.

You will work across departments such as Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms, and children’s parties. We value efficiency, proactivity, friendliness, and strong customer service focus.
