Working three days per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for a part-time position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and providing a high level of service to landlords, tenants and contractors.

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager (Part Time):
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Dealing with day-to-day property management enquiries
- Organising and overseeing maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with contractors and arranging access to properties
- Carrying out property inspections where required
