Public Service Work Coach – Empower Careers

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is the UK’s biggest public service department, delivering welfare and pensions policy. Work Coaches provide face-to-face and digital support to customers, helping them access universal credit and other services, and guiding job search actions.

This on-site role involves building relationships with customers, employers and colleagues, making timely decisions, and maintaining caseload performance while upholding legal duties under Equality Act 2010.
