Housekeeping Supervisor: Lead Team, Elevate Guest Experience

Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre in Birmingham is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team of housekeeping staff and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for guest bedrooms and public areas.

You will allocate rotas, supervise Housekeeping Assistants, conduct daily room inspections, respond to guest requests, and keep accurate records of payroll, overtime, absences and holidays.
