Street Outreach & Housing Support Specialist

4Recruitment Services are seeking a Rough Sleeper Outreach Worker to work across the North Northamptonshire area. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, as the position requires on-site working 5 days per week.

Main purpose of the role: contribute to the council’s Rough Sleeping Service, provide street outreach, engage with rough sleepers, build trust, and develop housing and support plans with partners.
