Lead Kitchen Manager & Cook — Shape Our Student Dining

Loughborough Students’ Union (LSU) is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the food operation in our main Commercial Kitchen, servicing The Kitchen, Humpit and JC’s Bar.

This hands-on role covers day-to-day kitchen management, team leadership of casual catering staff, and ensuring high standards while developing a student-focused food offer.

You’ll work closely with the Catering Manager and may cover evenings and weekends during busy periods.
