Lead Communication HLTA for Special Education

The Shaw Education Trust is seeking a dedicated Communication HLTA to lead and develop communication provision across our school. The role involves modelling best practice, collaborating with teaching staff, and embedding effective communication strategies to help pupils access learning and build independence.

Line management will be provided by the SENCO, and the post requires proactive teamwork to support pupils with communication needs and varied abilities.
