Regional Healthcare Training Coach (Travel)

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and ongoing development training across a regional cluster of homes and hospitals. This home-based role involves travel to multiple sites, coaching staff to be confident, competent and person-centred in care delivery.

You will coordinate training calendars, maintain training files and collaborate with Home Managers to implement personal development plans across the team.
