HLTA Level 3: Elevate Learning & Student Growth

Summerhill Academy in Bristol is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Level 3) on a fixed-term contract (to 31 August 2027) for 20.75 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday. Start date 4 January 2027.

The HLTA will support teaching and learning, deliver interventions and cover lessons as required, under supervision. We expect GCSEs in English and Maths (C/4+), experience with 1:1 and small-group support, and a commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.
