Head Chef — Lead a High-Impact Kitchen, 4-Day Week

Rok is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Bracelet Bay, Mumbles, Swansea. You will take ownership of daily kitchen operations, set standards for quality and presentation, and build a positive, organized team culture.

You’ll develop and motivate your staff, oversee food costs, GP, stock and waste, and work with our wider food and operations team to evolve the Rok experience. This full-time role offers a four-day week and competitive benefits.
