SEMH Teaching Assistant – 1:1 & Small Groups (Peterborough)

Justteachers is seeking a full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant to join an alternative provision in the Peterborough area, starting September 2026. The role is long-term and temporary, focusing on SEMH needs, behaviour support and re-engagement with learning through individual plans.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils, implement de-escalation techniques, and collaborate with pastoral teams to promote engagement and progress.
