Catering Supervisor — Lead Kitchen & Community Impact

Canterbury Oast Trust is seeking a Catering Supervisor to join the Granary Restaurant and its catering outlets at the Rare Breeds Centre. You will support the Catering Manager, lead a team, and uphold top standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.

This varied role includes preparing and serving food, supervising staff, stock management, and supporting adults with learning disabilities who train and work with us. Deputising for the Catering Manager ensures smooth operations.
