Delivery Assistant – Two-Person Team (Coventry)

GXO is seeking a Drivers Mate to join the Store to Home team in Coventry (CV3 2JD). The role is full-time and permanent with a two-week rotating shift pattern (Mon-Fri Week 1 / Sun-Thu Week 2) starting at 11:00, 40 hours per week.

You will work in a two-person team delivering products to customers’ premises and supporting the driver with loading and unloading. The position includes a competitive hourly rate, overtime, pension, store discounts, and access to GXO University.
