1:1 Learning Support Assistant – SEND & SEMH Support

Stourview CofE Primary Academy in Mistley, Essex, seeks a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support under the SENDCo, helping children access a mainstream setting and deliver EHCP provisions. The role emphasises social, emotional, and academic development in a nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have SEMH experience, a calm, patient approach, and may have or be willing to undertake ELSA training, with additional value placed on cooking or drama session delivery.
