Skincare Counter Manager: Lead, Coach & Drive Sales

The Boots Company PLC is seeking a Liz Earle Counter Manager to lead a busy counter in-store, delivering outstanding skincare consultations and achieving sales targets. You’ll coach your team, build relationships with customers, and maintain a beautifully presented counter that showcases Liz Earle products.

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you’ll drive promotions, develop business plans, complete the 12-month Skin School programme, and embody the Liz Earle brand.
