Care Assistant – Night Shift – Join Our Caring Team

As a Care Assistant working night shifts, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps our residents feel secure and respected. Your role will include supporting with personal care, mobility and transfers, medication prompts, nutrition and hydration, emotional reassurance, and maintaining accurate care records, always following health, safety, and safeguarding procedures.

- Previous experience in a care role is beneficial but not essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks, especially during night hours.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
- Willingness to learn and undertake relevant training.
- Flexible to work night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
- Own transport required
