Relief Support Worker: Empower Independence

Praxis Care is seeking a Relief Support Worker for Conlig Day Service. You will support individuals to develop independent living skills, work with Team Leaders to implement individual and group programmes, and promote a safe living environment while adhering to policies and reporting guidelines.

Responsibilities include medication handling per policy, flexible hours, and participation in training. An AccessNI check is required; a criminal record isn’t necessarily a bar to employment.
