Overnight Residential Care Worker: Calm & Safe Nights

Resicare Alliance Children’s Care is seeking a Waking Night Residential Support Worker to provide overnight care and safeguarding for the children and young people living in our residential home. You will be the constant, reassuring presence through the night, helping each child feel safe, secure and supported until morning.

In this role you will conduct welfare checks, follow care plans, manage emergencies, and work closely with families, social workers, and day staff.
