Night Support Specialist – Autism & Learning Disabilities

CYGNET at Broughton Lodge in the UK is seeking a Specialist Night Support Worker to join our MDT and deliver enhanced care to adults with autism and learning disabilities during night shifts (8 pm – 8 am).

You’ll work 42 hours a week on a two-week rotation (alternate weekends), provide guidance, report welfare needs, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment while promoting independence and community integration.
