Sub Agent: Trenchless Water Infrastructure Lead

Red Sky Personnel Ltd in Hertfordshire seeks an experienced Sub Agent to deliver civil engineering works, with a focus on trenchless construction and large-diameter water infra. You will support the Site Agent and PM, coordinate design, programme, commercial and controls, and lead a small engineering team through the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving and hands-on setting-out skills; NEC contractual knowledge is essential.
