We can SolviT Recruitment LTD in Rugby is seeking a reliable Factory Dispatch Operative to join a small team. The role is full-time, Monday to Thursday, with training and overtime opportunities.

You will handle dispatch tasks on site and perform manual handling in a fast-paced environment. Starting Monday 28th September, the position offers weekly pay at 13.35 per hour, rising after 13 weeks, with overtime paid at 20.03 per hour.
