Resident Services & Community Experience Lead

PMR is seeking a Resident Services Associate to join an on-site team in a build-to-rent development in the West of England region. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, blending customer service with practical property administration to keep daily operations smooth.

The role covers reception, lettings support from viewings to move-in/out, contractor coordination, amenity bookings, and events planning, with a hands-on, team-oriented approach on site.
