ERP Lead – Supply Chain

Overview

In this role, you will lead ERP-focused procurement and supply chain initiatives, aligning Oracle R12 solutions with business needs to drive efficiency and mitigate risk. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement supply chain setups, cleanse data, and monitor outcomes in a global, multi-site context. The position emphasizes continuous process improvement, technology-enabled transformation, and adoption of standardized end-to-end processes across regions. This is a hybrid role with opportunities to shape impactful, cross-functional projects within Wood’s consulting practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement supply chain setup and processes in Oracle R12.2
• Ensure ERP solutions meet business requirements and define processes clearly
• Perform data cleansing and ongoing system monitoring
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and performance through technology
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and end-to-end process standardization
• Monitor Oracle quarterly maintenance packs and assess business impact
• Provide input on project planning, testing, and deployment activities
• Act as SME during rollouts and post-go-live support
• Mentor junior team members and manage projects to defined timelines

Key requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in systems preferred
• Experience with Oracle R12 ERP solutions
• Experience with a complex Procurement/Supply Chain function
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams at regional/global levels
• Ability to articulate business benefits of systems
• Knowledge of IT delivery and change management in alignment with business strategy
• Functional systems processing expertise for assigned objectives
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
• Ability to design and implement standard business processes for system deployment
• Proven ability to work with all levels within functional teams in a global context
