Key requirements
- Significant experience in utilities industry
- Technical expertise in low‑carbon asset development and operations
- Experience with technical and engineering stakeholders to drive operational excellence in the low‑carbon power sector
- Experience designing new business models or transforming operating models and organisational development
- Expert knowledge in energy system elements (e.g., gas to hydrogen, balancing markets)
- Understanding of the UK regulatory environment and market changes analysis
- Leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex projects
