Business Intelligence Team Leader

Overview

In this role you will lead the regional BI function to enable smarter decision-making. You will consolidate fragmented data, raise reporting quality, and build management dashboards that inform commercial, technical, operational, and financial decisions. You’ll partner with diverse functions to translate business questions into actionable insights and help shape the BI strategy across the region. Responsibilities

• Lead the regional BI strategy in line with TMEA priorities and establish data governance and reporting standards
• Consolidate fragmented data sources, reduce duplication and automate reporting
• Develop reliable dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance and identify risks/opportunities
• Provide analytical support for decisions on pricing, forecasting, product performance, collections, and market trends
• Partner with Commercial, Technical, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Planning to translate business questions into actionable insights
• Improve data quality, data collection processes, and system adoption across regional entities
• Lead, coach and develop the regional BI/data team and set clear delivery standards

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in BI/Data Analytics/Reporting
• Proven experience leading BI/analytics teams
• Strong command of BI tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Tableau
• Experience with SQL, data modelling, dashboard development, reporting automation
• Strong commercial/financial/operational understanding and ability to translate data into insights
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strategic, proactive, systems-driven with a focus on data accuracy
• Experience in data-rich, regional/international environments preferred
• Fluent English; additional regional languages are a plus
• Location flexible within TMEA or Europe with travel as needed
