Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.I am currently looking to speak to Electrical & Mechanical Engineers for a corporate site based in Stoke Gifford, Bristol.The need is for 1 Electrical & 1 Mechanical Engineers to come and join a 5-person engineering team and continue to provide an efficient service of maintenance across electrical and building services.This company is globally recognised and is one where all engineers will learn and develop their career and skill set. On offer will be specific internal and external training opportunities.As a Maintenance Engineer you will be required to work Monday-Friday 8-5Excellent benefits offeredDay to Day Duties;PPM, reactive maintenanceWorking on Electrical, Mechanical and general building servicesUndertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional mannerBe proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolveBe proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issuesReport service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the clientRemain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competencyBe fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative mattersAll plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealing with all reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis. xwwtmva All applicants must come from a strong maintenance background and have the ability to deal with a fast-paced commercial environment.Skills Required:The successful candidate must have;With at least 5 years experience in building servicesCore qualifications are key in this role the minimum requirement is Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Equivalent in MechanicalMust be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing roleFor further information or to discuss your application please contact Sam Potter at The InVictus Group on…
