Director, New Product Development – Global Launches

SharkNinja is seeking a Director level New Product Development leader to own a core Ninja product category from concept validation through to full commercial launch. You will lead engineers across multiple locations, ensure disciplined execution, and partner with Marketing, Design, and Quality to hit milestones.

You will work with global teams in the UK, US, and China to deliver manufacturable, market-ready products on time and within cost targets, driving next-generation innovations.
