Interim CFO for Sale Readiness & Due Diligence (PE)

Russam is seeking an experienced Interim CFO/FD to lead the financial preparation for a potential sale. The role involves rebuilding historical financials, analyzing revenue drivers, and coordinating due diligence with shareholders, management and advisers.

The candidate should be a qualified accountant with hands-on experience in transactions, forecasting, and financial modelling, preferably with Private Equity exposure. PE-backed experience is highly valued.
