Overview
In this role, you will help shape and grow Capco’s UK Data Practice, guiding analytics, AI, and data science projects for top financial institutions. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, drive client engagements, and develop data propositions to win new business. You’ll represent Capco in industry forums and partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven, customer-focused outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership position focused on strategic growth, capability development, and thought leadership in data and analytics.

Responsibilities
- Shape and drive growth of Capco’s UK Data Practice and contribute to global initiatives
- Identify and develop business opportunities, proposals, and data propositions for clients
- Lead client relationships, guide data strategy discussions, represent Capco at industry forums
- Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing data team with collaborative culture
- Support delivery of complex, innovative data projects delivering commercial and customer outcomes
Key requirements
- 8+ years of consulting experience at senior management or director level
- Track record in building client relationships and securing data-related opportunities
- Expertise across data strategy, governance, privacy, and analytics delivery
- Strong understanding of data science, AI, MLOps, BI tools, AI ethics, and analytics operating models
- Proven ability to lead large-scale data transformation initiatives in Financial Services
