Senior Electrical Project Engineer

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of electrical/MEP projects for hospitals and public buildings from award through commissioning and handover. You will work within a London-based team to ensure projects meet technical, budgetary and schedule targets. The role involves coordinating live operational environments and campus support areas, often in regulated settings. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of MEP projects in hospitals and public buildings from award to handover
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project targets
• Provide strong project leadership and stakeholder coordination
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
• Oversee commissioning and handover processes

Key requirements

• 10+ years experience in mechanical building services engineering
• Strong understanding of codes, standards, and regulations
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects
• Excellent project management, budgeting, and scheduling skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in live operational environments; airport experience preferred
