Overview
Senior real estate lawyer sought to join a leading regional practice in Guildford, capable of handling development, investment, acquisitions and disposals, and broader business transactions. You will grow your own caseload within a supportive, forward‑looking firm and help shape the department’s success while supervising junior lawyers and contributing to practice development. This role offers progression toward partner level and a chance to influence the firm’s future.
Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including development, investment, acquisitions and disposals
- Supervise junior lawyers
- Engage in practice development and business development
- Grow own caseload while contributing to the departments wider success
- Help shape the future of the office
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships
Key requirements
- 7+ PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical excellence in commercial property

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
