Senior Associate, Listed Real Estate

Overview

In this role you work with Portfolio Managers and Analysts to deliver company-, sector-, and portfolio-level analyses on listed real estate and infrastructure. You support senior leadership in Europe Real Estate and Global Infrastructure research, coordinating insights across departments. You will update earnings and NAV models, participate in meetings, and maintain our analyst estimates database. This position offers meaningful growth with exposure to cross-functional teams and a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Support analysts with macro property sector research and security analysis
• Update FFO and Net Asset Value models
• Attend company meetings and property tours; report takeaways and actionable recommendations
• Maintain proprietary database of analyst estimates and portfolio management reports

Key requirements

• Bachelor with 2–4 years of Investment Banking or Equity market experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and Bloomberg platform
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and urgency
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
• Basic understanding of security analysis and accounting concepts
• Familiarity with REITs, infrastructure, and related fundamentals
• Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies preferred
• Language skills beneficial
