Portfolio Data Operations Analyst

Overview

In this role you will safeguard and improve the quality and timeliness of client portfolio data within Addepar’s data management ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of data operations, clients, and engineering to resolve data issues and optimise workflows. You’ll partner across teams to support client inquiries and help shape tooling that enhances data quality and operational efficiency. This opportunity sits at the core of enabling precise investment insights for a global client base.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily verification checks to ensure data accuracy within SLAs
• Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and processing exceptions; triage with Engineering Support
• Maintain and optimise operational workflows
• Collaborate with Client Support, Solution Architects, and Sales/Services to address client data inquiries
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design and implement improved processes and tooling
• Contribute to broad company initiatives to stand up new product offerings and services

Key requirements

• Prior experience in financial investment/advisory industry with knowledge of capital markets, trade lifecycle, and middle/back-office systems
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
