Overview

As Director, you will lead the Cambridge Building & Project Consultancy team to deliver major industrial and logistics developments. You will shape strategy, deepen client relationships, and drive cross-functional delivery with Savills’ multidisciplinary capabilities. You will mentor teams, pursue new business opportunities, and play a pivotal role in the growth of the Cambridge practice and regional market. This leadership role combines technical excellence with strategic business development to create value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major industrial and logistics developments in the region
• Direct complex project management and building consultancy instructions
• Deepen strategic client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate across Savills multidisciplinary service lines to provide integrated solutions
• Support growth and direction of the Cambridge team and broader market presence

Key requirements

• proven leadership experience in a senior consulting or project management role
• track record in business development and client management
• ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• strong technical knowledge in building consultancy and project management
• experience with industrial/logistics property sector (preferred)
